Our email campaign lets the advertiser "deliver" their unique message direct to a local audience and catering to customer‘s needs and wants, in an instant.

Advertisers can order an advertising space on the 'alwaysintheknow.biz' email broadcast by sending an email containing the offer, contact details and 2 images (can be 1 of a logo and or 1 of the product on offer) of their special offer or deal (must be an offer where the customer will have an advantage by purchasing from you) to be included in the email campaign 5 days prior to the broadcast together with the advertising package type required.

A proof copy will be emailed back to the advertiser within 24 hours together with an tax invoice for the email service.

Advertiser must pay with this tax invoice prior to the advertisement being emailed by direct deposit, cheque or cash otherwise advertisement does not proceed.

Advertisers can change their advertisement each week providing that we receive the email information 5 days prior to the broadcast date.

The broadcast will be effected on a Sunday for subscribers to be always in the know of the current special offers and deals for the ensuing week.

Alwaysintheknow.biz must exercise reasonable care to ensure that the copy and listings are correct.

The Advertiser warrants to alwaysintheknow.biz that all material including copy supplied by the Advertiser to alwaysintheknow.biz:
(a) is true, correct and not misleading in any particular;
(b) does not contain anything that is defamatory of any person or corporation;
(c) does not infringe intellectual or industrial property rights of any third party.
